About Job Talks Access
In partnership with The Career Foundation, The CNIB Foundation, Q.i. Value Systems, and the George Brown College Office of Research and Innovation, we intend to address knowledge gaps in both the Government of Canada’s studies on workers with disabilities and to help Canada’s employers provide better supports.
The major phases of this project include:
1) An innovative national survey of workers with disabilities that explores underlying emotions, values, and challenges related to employment according to disability type and sector of work.
2) A high-quality interview series of inspirational professionals with disabilities for use by schools and associations everywhere.
3) A national knowledge mobilization campaign.
